Hey, clerks! It’s time to stock the shelves with your creativity 🛒
We’re launching an art contest for artists and designers from all over the world!
Your mission:
Create a product label or poster that could exist inside HELLMART — think cursed pet food, suspicious snacks, or whatever strange things belong on our shelves 👀
We will pick three winning works, in any mix of product labels and posters.
Three winning artworks will be added to the game!
And their creators will:
— appear in the game credits,
— receive a free key for the full version,
— and be featured in official HELLMART posts.

— a link to your social media (if you’d like to be tagged when we post your work!)
Rules:
Your artwork must be original and fit the vibe and atmosphere of HELLMART.
No AI-generated or stolen materials allowed — only real human nightmares, please. 😈 Winners will need to sign an agreement granting the right to use their work in the game, while keeping their authorship. This will allow us to feature their creations in the project.

1. General Information
HELLMART ART CONTEST — Participation Rules
Welcome to the Hellmart Art Contest — a creative competition for artists and designers from around the world!
The organizer of the contest is GAZE IN GAMES LTD, the developer of the game Hellmart.
Our goal is to invite talented creators to contribute to the creation of the game’s world. Participants are invited to design and draw original art objects in the style of Hellmart — product labels and posters that will be featured in the game. We’ll select three of the best works to be added to the game!
Winners of the contest will receive community recognition:
- their works will be included in the game Hellmart;
- the authors will be credited in the project’s end titles;
- their works will be featured in official Hellmart publications;
- they will receive a free key to the full version of the game after its release.
In addition, some interesting works, even if they are not winners, may be featured on the project’s social media with proper author attribution.
The contest is held on a non-commercial basis and is of a creative nature.
2. Submission of Works
Entries are accepted by email at ask@gazeingames.com.
The subject line of the email must include: ART CONTEST.
The email should include the artwork file and, optionally:
- the author’s name or pseudonym;
- a link to your social media accounts (if you wish to be credited when published).
Requirements for works:
- The work must be created by the participant independently.
- Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for image or text generation will not be considered.
- Works must not infringe the copyrights of third parties, or use logos, characters, or images belonging to other companies or brands.
- It is prohibited to copy, modify, or use other people’s works without permission.
- Works must be related to the contest theme and correspond to the overall tone and style of Hellmart.

File format: PNG
Color space: sRGB
Background: non-transparent

Compression: allowed, but without visible artifacts
If the work contains text, it must be clearly readable.
By submitting a work, the participant agrees that the Hellmart project may use the submitted materials for the purpose of covering the contest — for example, publishing them on social media, the website, press releases, and other materials related to the project and its promotion.
In the event of winning, the participant will be required to sign an agreement granting permission to use their work in the game. If the agreement is not signed, the victory will be annulled, and the work cannot be used.
The author retains the copyright to their work.
3. Participation (Eligibility)
3.1. All individuals aged 18 and older are eligible to participate.
Minors (under 18 years old) may participate only with written consent from parents or legal guardians confirming their agreement with the contest rules.
3.2. Participation is open to individuals worldwide, except where participation in such contests is restricted or prohibited by the laws of the participant’s country of residence.
3.3. Participation is free of charge. Purchase of the game or any other goods is not required.
3.4. Submitting a work implies the participant’s agreement with the contest rules.
3.5. The organizer reserves the right to reject an entry if it violates contest rules, contains inappropriate content, or contradicts the project’s theme.
3.6. The organizer may request proof of age or identity if necessary.
4. Requirements for Works (Eligible Entry)
4.1. The work must be original and entirely created by the participant.
4.2. The work must not have previously won in other contests or been used in commercial projects.
4.3. The participant guarantees that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit their work, including the use of any elements, images, or texts not personally owned by the participant.
4.4. Works created fully or partially using Artificial Intelligence (AI) will not be considered.
4.5. The work must not infringe upon the rights of third parties — copyrights, related rights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or others.
4.6. The work must not contain:
- offensive, violent, discriminatory, political, or obscene content;
- elements promoting alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or illegal activities;
- materials contradicting the theme and spirit of the Hellmart project.
4.7. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any work that does not meet these requirements.
5. Use of Works (Use of Entry)
5.1. The author retains all rights to the created work.
5.2. By submitting a work to the contest, the participant grants the Hellmart project a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted materials in connection with the organization and promotion of the contest, including but not limited to:
- publications on the project’s social media and website;
- showcasing the works in materials related to the contest;
- press releases and news publications about the contest.
5.3. Any commercial use of the submitted works (including in video games, trailers, screenshots, marketing materials, or other forms of commercial exploitation) is only permitted based on a separate written agreement with the author. Such an agreement is concluded with the contest winners.
5.4. The submitted works may be used without monetary compensation and without the need for additional approval from the participant.
5.5. When publishing or displaying a work, the organizer will indicate the author’s name or pseudonym where technically possible.
5.6. The organizer has the right to make minor modifications to works (for example, resizing, cropping, adding the project logo) if necessary for proper placement or presentation, without distorting the essence or meaning of the original work.
5.7. The participant confirms that their work is original, does not violate the rights of third parties, and may be used in accordance with these rules.
5.8. The organizer is not responsible for unauthorized use of published works by third parties in open sources (for example, on social media).
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The contest winners will be determined by the Hellmart project team based on originality, quality of execution, and relevance to the contest theme.
6.2. The contest results will be published on the project’s official social media within seven (7) working days after the contest ends. Winners will be notified through the contact details they provided.
7. Recognition and Prizes
7.1. The contest winners will be recognized as follows:
- the author’s name or pseudonym will be listed in the credits of Hellmart;
- the winning work will be added to the game;
- a publication about the winners and their works will appear on the project’s official social media;
- the winners will receive a free key to the full version of the game after its release.
7.2. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.3. The organizer reserves the right to change the format or composition of prizes without prior notice, if required for technical or organizational reasons.
8. General Terms
8.1. The organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the contest if its continuation becomes impossible due to technical, legal, or other reasons beyond the organizer’s control.
8.2. The organizer is not responsible for technical failures, data loss, inability to send or receive entries, or actions of third parties that affect the contest’s conduct.
8.3. The organizer is not responsible for any losses, injuries, damages, or other consequences arising from participation in the contest, the creation or submission of works, publication of results, or use of materials.
8.4. Participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations of their countries. The organizer is not responsible for any violations of the law by participants.
9. Use of Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants within the contest are used solely for its administration, execution, and communication with participants, including notification of winners.
The organizer may use the contact details provided by participants (for example, email address — for communication, and social media links — for mentioning winners in contest-related publications).
Winners may be additionally asked to provide necessary data for concluding the agreement regarding the use of their work.
All data provided are used exclusively for the purposes of the contest and are not shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law and Liability
This contest is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By participating in the contest, participants agree that all possible disputes, disagreements, or claims arising in connection with the contest shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and considered by courts at the location of the organizer’s registration.
Participants are obliged to comply with the laws of their countries when participating in the contest. The organizer is not responsible for participation that violates local laws or restrictions established in certain countries.
11. Changes to the Contest Rules
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the contest rules, including but not limited to clarifying participation conditions and contest deadlines.
The organizer also has the right to introduce additional participation restrictions if necessary.
All changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the organizer’s official resources.
